If I can recall I have only ever shared with you one smoothie recipe on the blog before which happened to be one of my first few blog posts (a wee blast from the past!). Though it was more of a not-so-healthy one for those who like Nutella...and cream. 

This smoothie - which I made this morning - is a much healthier blend yet still delicious and the antioxidant-rich green tea in it makes it a nutritional powerhouse! 

What you need:
1 green tea bag
Boiled Water
2 tsp of honey
1 cup of frozen blueberries (I added some raspberries to the mix)
1 banana
1/2 cup of skimmed milk (or whatever milk you use)

1. Make your cuppa - that being your green tea. Pour the boiled water into a cup with the tea bag and allow to brew for about 3 minutes. Remove tea bag. Stir honey into the tea until it has dissolved.
2. Combine the berries, banana, and milk in a blender.

3. Add 4 tsp of the green tea to the blender (give or take to your preference). Blend ingredients together until smooth. Pour smoothie into a glass and you're done!
It's easy as 1, 2, 3...literally.  
All the items I had in the kitchen already so didn't cost a penny, though if you have to buy any of the ingredients, it would be super inexpensive and totally worth it as it's delicious (and that's coming from someone who doesn't really like red berry things)!
